Solera is a NYSE listed holding company for B2B Insurance & Automotive systems businesses. They operate in 100 countries around the world with a turnover in excess of $1Bn and have of 5000 associates through their business (such as HPI & Audatex in the UK).
Our engagement at Solera was to work with the OCEO, UK MDs and the UK Innovation Director to build an “elite team” to take a new strategic global product from a disruptive strategic concept envisioned by the CEO & Founder to a launch-ready product in 6 months. This is understood internally to be: “The most important delivery in the history of Solera”.
Tight deadlines and no excuses was the key remit. Faced with a starting staff of 3, a high level product goal, international ambitions, CEO focus, expectant stakeholders and a 6 month delivery timescales we were tasked with working with the OCEO to deliver this new product and to put in place the team & structure to make this happen.
