Estimating and planning is challenging but we all need to do it. There is a common myth that we do not plan in Agile teams but nothing could be further from the truth. Agile teams actually plan much more often than Waterfall teams but our approaches are different.
In Agile teams we plan based on empiricism and we have a wide variety of techniques that we use at different stages and levels of our initiatives.
This course is designed for Agile teams to plan their work and to understand how their plans sit within the wider organisational context. We will run through a variety of estimation techniques, when to use them, when not to use them and build sample Agile roadmaps.
